Launched in 2026, this site is a work in progress. Between the demands of daily life and the joys of retirement, updates happen at a leisurely pace. This is a personal project—a 'vanity site' in the truest sense—as I am no longer seeking professional assignments. After a rewarding career in photography, multimedia production, and teaching, I’m simply enjoying the craft. Stay tuned; I feel and hope there is more to come.
This site exists because my son asked a pointed question: Why were most of fifty years of my photographs now sitting unseen?
I’m currently in the process of digitizing and uploading that lifetime of work. For now, you’ll see some beautiful placeholders standing in for my own images. I’ll be swapping these out for my original photography and multimedia pieces as I move through the archives.
Absolutely. I make it a point to learn something new about the craft or its masters every single day. I’m behind the lens several times a week—sometimes chasing a specific spark of inspiration, and often chasing the grandkids. After a long career, there is a profound joy in not being 'on assignment.' I’ve come full circle, returning to the pure, simple fun that started my love affair with the visual arts fifty years ago.
